Due to our unprecedented growth, our Wallaroo store is currently seeking motivated and hard working candidates to train and develop into managers of the future.
Successful applicants will be given the necessary training and skills required to eventually progress into a management role, leading and overseeing the day-to-day operations of a department.
Reporting directly to the relevant department manager, you will receive training on how to manage a team, create rosters, generate orders, complete stock takes + much more!
The opportunities that we currently have available are:
Dairy/Freezer Assistant Manager Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a fast-paced supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
Grocery and fresh food retail knowledge (desired but not essential) Capable of leading and motivating a team Ability to order and cost control Ability to understand gross profit calculations Ability to create rosters Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach Unparalleled commitment to customer service Ability to liaise with both team members and management Ability to coach, train and performance manage team members Commitment to work health and safety standards If this sounds like the opportunity for you, we would love to hear from you!
