Our Lowood store in West Brisbane is currently looking for a motivated and hard-working applicant to join and assist in leading the store's meat department.
Reporting directly to the Meat Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for assisting in the management of a small team, creating rosters, generating orders, completing stock takes, and much more!
Working as a part of an enthusiastic team in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
Possess an Australian trade qualification in Butchery (essential) Ability to lead and manage a team Ability to order and control costs An understanding of gross profit calculations Passion and enthusiasm, with a very hands-on approach Unparalleled commitment to customer service Excellent communication skills Ability to liaise with both team members and management A flair for merchandising Strong leadership and delegation skills Ability to coach, train and performance manage teams Commitment to work health and safety standards If this sounds like the opportunity you've been looking for, we'd love to hear from you!
