As the Drainage Team Leader you will support the development of a team of competent Drainage Operators that provide drainage services to customers within the Southwest region. You will be responsible for prioritising health and safety within the depot whilst organising and prioritising unplanned and planned activities based on operational understand the importance in balancing work and life.
