Roadline Civil Contractors is seeking an experienced Drainage Site Supervisor to join our team in Broome, WA.
As a full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of civil construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality control, and project timelines.
What you'll be doing Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day activities of construction crews, including equipment operators, labourers, and subcontractorsMonitor and ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, company policies, and project specificationsCollaborate with project managers to develop and implement efficient work schedules and resource allocationIdentify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction processMaintain accurate records, including daily reports, timesheets, and material requisitionsCommunicate regularly with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address concernsWhat we're looking for Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Supervisor or in the construction industryMust have Cert IV in Civil Construction Supervision, Frontline Management, or Work Health and Safety (WHS)Strong knowledge of drainage construction methods, materials, and equipment for water and sewerage pipelinesAbility to interpret engineering drawings, Dial Before You Dig reports, long sections, and technical specificationsExperience locating and working around underground servicesExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsProficient in the use of construction management software and toolsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and coordinate teamsWhat we offer Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional development and career advancementSupportive and collaborative work environmentAbout us Roadline Civil Contractors is a leading provider of civil construction services in regional Western Australia.
