In this position you will utilise your strong communication skills, providing expert advice and solutions to a range of stakeholders using your extensive knowledge of stormwater management and infrastructure for planning permits.

About the Role
As a Drainage Engineer, you will be responsible for providing specialist stormwater management advice and outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders on a range of infrastructure matters.
You will provide recommendations on infrastructure for planning permits within Baw Baw Shire.
It is crucial for you to build positive relationships with the community and professionals within the land development industry.
Another key aspect of this role is the ability to effectively communicate, as well as to produce technically sound engineering solutions and concise verbal and written communications.
About the Successful Candidate
The successful candidate will be an experienced, qualified and registered engineer and/or have extensive experience in local government engineering.
You will be proactive and eager to play a part in positively shaping Baw Baw's future.
