About the RolePeak Downs Mine are currently recruiting for a passionate individual for a permanent role as a Dragline Operator.
We want to hear from you if you are looking to join our world-class operational team either now or in the near future.

Roles will be based at BMA's Peak Downs Mine Site, near Moranbah, Central Queensland on a 6/6 day/night roster, and will require you to:
Have a strong commitment to ensuring a safe and environmentally healthy workplaceMaintain high standards of safety, equipment serviceability, housekeeping and compliance for mine working proceduresWork cooperatively within a team to achieve safe production targetsAbout YouSuccessful candidates will possess the following:
Current Dragline Operating experience with significant open-cut mining experienceHR licence or site Heavy Rigid authorisationA genuine commitment to safetyStrong communication skills and a track record of achieving results through influenceMotivated, enthusiastic individual who can work with minimal supervision and engage in team operationsPassion for continuous improvement to drive individual and team performanceAbout Our ProcessAt BHP, we are committed to employing individuals who align with the BHP Charter Values and meet the requirements of the role.
