Stockland Halcyon Land Lease Communities (LLC) business continues to rapidly grow - these are lifestyle living communities for over 50s comprising of detached dwellings, clubhouses, and recreational facilities.
About the role As a Draftsperson, you'll be responsible for creating working drawings for our construction teams, with a focus on high volume residential buildings, using a combination of Revit and AutoCAD software.
Maintaining strong, ongoing relationships will all stakeholders, including Engineers & Consultants, Estimating team, Supervisors, Marketing & Sales and Subcontractors will be fundamental to this role, providing information and advice as required.
The positions offer flexible working arrangements with an office/home split.
About you You're someone that is passionate about residential construction, open minded, exceptional attention to detail and accuracy and maintaining best practice.
To be successful in these roles, we are open to: Recently qualified draftsperson, from TAFE or University, with a Diploma of Building Design or a Bachelor of Architecture qualification or similar, looking for a team that will support their growth and development Experienced Residential Draftsperson that is looking for further career progression and gain more exposure to development and residential construction projects Proficient using Revit and AutoCAD software, as well as MS Office Suite You'll be part of a close-knit, team, working in a fast paced, office environment and working with a Manager that fosters collaboration and innovation and supports opportunities to continue to learn and develop your career further.
