The Role
Local Construction knowledge essential The role would be working within a team of experienced ArchiCAD users Working drawings including relevant construction details as programmed; Ensure quality checks are completed at each stage; Ensure drawings and documentation accurately reflect any dispensations, Council and/or Developer requirements; Prioritising and delivery of conflicting deadlines and deliverables Reporting to the Drafting Manager; Work closely with internal departments;

Skills & Experience :
over 3 years experience working for a residential builder Experience in residential drafting of medium-density townhouses essential. Must be proficient in ArchiCAD software Great attitude - looking to learn, Good knowledge of Rescode, NCC, Building Regs, Strong time management skills An understanding of Design and Construction
