Company/client overview: Client is one of Australia's leading retailers in joinery services, hardware and building materials related to kitchens, wardrobes and shower screens. Client is a family owned business, working to provide you with quality service and products. They provide a range of services surrounding installation of wardrobes, kitchens, shower screens and related cabinets along with smaller services such as cut to size glass and mirrors.
Responsibilities: Utilize Mozaik drafting software to create accurate and detailed kitchen cabinet drawings
Collaborate with experienced drafters to ensure projects meet required specifications and standardsComplete drafting projects within specified timelines and ensure accuracy of all drawingsWork with the project management team to ensure timely completion of projectsCommunicate effectively with team members and project stakeholders regarding project progress and updatesEnsure quality control standards are met on all projects
RequirementsMinimum of 2 years of experience in drafting, preferably in the joinery industryExperience with Mozaik or similar joinery drafting software (or Cabinet Vision)Strong attention to detail and accuracy in draftingStrong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team membersAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlinesAbility to work independently and with minimal supervisionWillingness to learn and adapt to new drafting software or technology as required
