Job Description
All Metal Solutions is seeking an experienced, dedicated and qualified full-time Draftsman to join their dynamic team.
Job Overview: Action Work Requests from estimators, includes gathering drawings and specifications, calculating material, and supplying detailed drawing to aid in manufacture.

Liaise with estimators & clients to gain job requirements.
Assist with quoting and site installation.
Providing detailed drafting and design with computer-aided design (CAD) / Solid works software.

Mechanical ability and an aptitude for drawing and detail work are important attributes for this position.
This role plays a vital part in quality improvement, problem-solving and assisting workshop production.

Key Duties: Action drawing requests from estimators Provide detailed drawings to aid in the manufacture Liaise with estimators and clients to obtain job requirements Production of concept designs Maintain a safe working environment Quality Responsibilities: Ensuring all drawings and designs are to Australian standards Safety Responsibilities: Always abide by all company Safety Regulations, and report any personnel not complying with these regulations to Management Qualifications & Experience: Cert IV in computer drafting Auto CAD Experience in the use of the Solid works drawing package Experience in the Steel Fabrication Industry would be an advantage A remuneration package between $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year plus superannuation will be negotiated depending on skills and experience.
