The Drafting Team Lead is responsible for ensuring that plans are completed quickly and accurately to the site. Reporting to the Drafting Manager, you will have a small team of drafters to mentor and manage.The company builds over 300 homes per year in Queensland, both investment and retail (Owner Occupier). With new designs coming out this year, your team will be busy ensuring the accuracy of the working drawings, so that plans are ready for the construction team.Ideally, you will come from an Australian Building Company that builds over 200 homes per year.
