We're looking for someone who's excited to bring technical expertise and creativity to help us deliver cutting-edge design solutions.Your new positionAs a Mechanical Draftsperson, you'll play a key role in designing, drafting, and refining mechanical plans for our air conditioning and mechanical services projects.
Working closely with engineers and the project team, you'll ensure our systems meet client specifications, comply with industry standards, and contribute to a more sustainable built environment.
In this role, you will be working with our project drafting department.
The role will be heavily involved with drafting all components for HVAC projects.Responsibilities:Create detailed mechanical drawings and designs for HVAC systems using Revit (AutoCAD).Experience in Navisworks.Collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.Update and refine existing designs based on client feedback and project requirements.Participate in site visits when needed to gather data and enhance design precision.Ensure all drawings meet relevant codes and standards.What We're Looking For:Diploma or higher qualification in Mechanical Drafting (AMCA drafting accreditation).Proficiency in Revit software (AutoCAD and Navisworks required).Familiarity with HVAC systems and mechanical service design principles.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset.Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.5+ years of similar industry experience.Experience in drafting mechanical service projects up to $10m.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive team environment with a commitment to innovation and sustainability.At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
