About the Position An exciting, multifaceted role has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join the team and commence work immediately. Based in Sydney with regular travel to our head office in Pakenham, VIC and reporting to our Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for seamlessly managing the entire scope of projects (mostly in the data center industry) including clients and resources (people, budget and assets) from project planning to delivery across a range of power generation projects. This role has the responsibility for coordinating our site installation teams of between 2 - 8 plumbers / Generator Installers and Generator Technicians.
About You You are an experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a PM / Leadership position. You thrive in a challenging and fast-paced working environment, enjoy collaborating with and leading high performing teams and get a kick out of delivering projects that exceed customer expectations. You have a knack for engaging with clients by developing trusting, long-term business relationships while seamlessly managing projects of all sizes and scales. You are contractually savvy, with a great eye for detail and can demonstrate a track record of successful project deliveries by managing all aspects of projects on time and within budget. Experience in power generation is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: Relevant industry experience and tertiary qualification or trade backgroundProficiency in liaising with and coordinating multiple parties in the day-to-day management of projects - with a focus on team culture.Sound knowledge of common software packages including office suite.Strong skills acquired from on-the-job projects experience.The remuneration package on offer will be commensurate with demonstrated skills and experience.
