About the role We are seeking a Senior Document Controller to join our Perth based team. The role is offered on a permanent full-time basis to support critical mineral projects.
Reporting to the Document Control Manager you will assist with the management of internal and external project documentation.
Brief duties Assist with the implementation of document control procedures and systems to ensure the efficient management and organization of documents and records for engineering projects. Assist with the establishment of document control procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Monitor document workflows and distribution channels to ensure timely delivery of documents to project teams and stakeholders. Assist Document Control Manager to provide training and support to Juniors and Document Controllers when required. Maintain document control logs, registers, and tracking tools to track document status, revisions, and approvals. Assist Document Control Manager to run project specific reporting as and when required by project stakeholders.
