Position Overview:
Dr.
Floors is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Flooring, Line-Marking, and Asphalting Technicians.
No prior experience in the industry is required, as we provide comprehensive training to all our employees.
We are looking for reliable and capable workers who are willing to work various shifts, including daytime, nighttime, evening, afternoon, and morning shifts.
Responsibilities:
Installation and Maintenance: Assist and specialise in the installation, repair, and maintenance of flooring, line-marking, and asphalting projects for commercial clients.
Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain specialized equipment and machinery used in flooring and asphalting projects.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with a team of experienced technicians to complete projects efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Training: Participate in on-the-job training to develop technical skills and expertise in the flooring and asphalting industry.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work is carried out with precision and meets Dr. Floors' high-quality standards.
Customer Service: Maintain professionalism and courteous interactions with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the completed projects.
Shift Flexibility: Be available to work various shifts, including daytime, nighttime, evening, afternoon, and morning shifts, as required by project demands.
Qualifications:
No prior experience in flooring, line-marking, or asphalting is required.
Training will be provided by the company.
Strong work ethic and reliability are essential.
