Job Description We're looking for a dedicated Team Leader to guide our Road Maintenance & Drainage team who work across the Melton Shire. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, leading a team to success, and prioritising workplace safety.
What You'll Bring:
Experience in leading or supervising civil maintenance crews, planning work, and interacting with the public works. A drive for accountability and commitment to quality outcomes, ensuring projects are completed on time. Strong planning, scheduling, and crew oversight skills. A proven track record of building positive relationships with clients and stakeholders. A strong safety focus, with active participation in Downer's Zero Harm initiatives. What We Offer:
