Great team environment with opportunity for advancement Our Social Infrastructure & Citizen Services contract at the Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) represents one of Downers' largest facilities management contracts within the health sector.
You will be part of the Operations team, reporting to the Maintenance Manager. The role of Electrician will draw on your previous experience and knowledge of scheduled, preventative and reactive maintenance to deliver high quality outcomes. You will be working alongside a great team of trades personnel, working all electrical systems, assisting with minor work and modification projects, fault finding, and change outs. This role will keep you busy!
About You
To be successful in this role, you hold the following experiences and attributes:
Certificate III in Electro technology, Electrician WHS General Induction for the Construction Industry (White Card) Asbestos Awareness certificate (preferred) WorkSafe High Risk Licence to operate boom type EWP (preferred) EWPA Yellow card to operate scissor lift, one-person lift, boom lift under 11 metres (preferred) Proven experience working as a Maintenance Electrician Great working attitude with a willingness to learn and be part of an excellent team that have regular team activities!
