We are creating a new Civil Construction team to support recently awarded projects and are seeking a skilled Foreperson to lead our team based out of Austins Ferry . This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, leading a team to success, and prioritising workplace safety.
What You'll Bring:
Experience in leading or supervising a civil construction team. A drive for accountability and commitment to quality outcomes, ensuring projects are completed on time. Experience with planning work, scheduling, and crew oversight skills. A proven track record of building positive relationships with clients and stakeholders. A strong safety focus, with active participation in Downer's Zero Harm initiatives. What We Offer:
