We provide a wide range of services, including employment, housing, training, skill development programs, and life skills support to over 650 South Australians with disabilities.

About the Role:
We're looking for a dedicated and motivated Supervisor to join our team.
In this dual role, you'll be directly involved in supporting our employees and supervising production within Orana Business Services.
You'll play a key role in ensuring workplace safety compliance, mentoring and supervising supported employees, and fostering skill development and quality production within a collaborative team setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervision & Team Leadership: Provide day-to-day guidance, mentorship, and supervision to Orana Supported Employees, fostering a supportive and productive work environment.
Production Support: Oversee and support employees with disabilities in production tasks, ensuring quality and efficiency, and promoting skills development.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, and provide technical safety advice.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with management to enhance processes, ensure high-quality standards, and maintain excellent customer service in production settings.
About You:
Our ideal candidate is proactive, safety-conscious, and enjoys working in a customer-focused environment.
You'll bring excellent organisational skills, flexibility, and resilience.
Experience in the disability sector is desirable.
You must be able to manage the physical demands of the role and work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:
Supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership skills Strong organisational, communication, and client service skills Desirable: Experience in the disability sector Mandatory: First Aid and CPR certificate, NDIS Worker Check, National Police Certificate, current Driver's Licence Flexibility to travel regionally as needed Orana creates opportunities for people with disability to live and work within their local community, fulfill their dreams and become valued and productive community members.
