Dowell Windows has an excellent opportunity for a vibrant, motivated, and enthusiastic individual to take on an Estimator position at our Traralgon location. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager VIC, you will be part of a supportive team that is focused on giving our customers a high-quality experience and great satisfaction.
We are currently looking for a candidate who will undertake the following duties but not limited to:
Estimating and generating customer quotes (including revisions) Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to answer questions relating to estimating requirements Providing support with showroom queries and processing of customer orders Maintaining an electronic filing system Collaborating with the Customer Service Manager VIC to identify and implement business improvement projects Responding to all customer inquiries and producing quality solutions that satisfy all parties Providing day-to-day administrative support to the team, including preparation of regular reports and analysis and other admin as required The successful candidate for this role will:
