We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join the Traralgon team to grow and manage our existing accounts. Reporting to the State Sales Manager VIC, the role will draw on your sales skills and experience in building relationships with customers and delivering outstanding sales results for our business.

On Target Benefits + Commissions Ongoing Support & Training Career Growth and Development Opportunities The key responsibilities of the role will include: Growing and maintaining existing accounts by building rapport with account customers Engaging in calls to schedule site visits and liaise with builders/clients Coordinating the sales effort by working with internal staff and external clients Delivering on sale budgets and targets through continuous improvement on sales performance Managing customer complaints and implementing fixes to avoid future issues. Providing comprehensive knowledge on Dowell products by staying up to date Participating in trade shows and conventions as required. A successful candidate for this role will have: Experience in selling products preferably within the building materials market. Ability to read a building plan Ability to work well autonomously and in a team An easy to deal with and positive approach An open, honest and authentic manner in your dealings Strong computer literacy with the ability to use Microsoft software such as Word, Excel and Outlook We have a great team environment where there is a hands-on approach to all that needs to be done.
