We are seeking a Donor Relations Officer to help us provide outstanding care for Anglican Aid's donors and supporters.Responsibilities:Responding to enquiries from supporters.Completing administrative tasks proactively and with a high level of detail.Qualifications:Previous experience with administration in a customer-facing role.Fantastic interpersonal skills, with a warm and professional phone manner.High computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and databases (Salesforce preferred).High attention to detail, love for spreadsheets and data, and good time management skills.We are looking for an energetic team member who is able to promote the mission and values of Anglican Aid.Only applications from Australian citizens or permanent residents will be considered.If you are ready to provide outstanding care to Anglican Aid's supporters, please send your cover letter and resume to .#J-18808-Ljbffr
