Anglican Aid is the overseas aid, development and ministry support agency of Sydney Anglicans in partnership with the global church.
We are seeking a Donor Relations Officer to help us provide outstanding care for Anglican Aid's donors and supporters.
Responsibilities: Responding to enquiries from supporters.Completing administrative tasks proactively and with a high level of detail.Qualifications: Previous experience with administration in a customer-facing role.Fantastic interpersonal skills, with a warm and professional phone manner.High computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and databases (Salesforce preferred).High attention to detail, love for spreadsheets and data, and good time management skills.We are looking for an energetic team member who is able to promote the mission and values of Anglican Aid.
