Quiz Worx has a great opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic Donor Administrator to join the team.
The successful candidate will be based in either our Yagoona (Sydney) office or our Helensvale (Gold Coast) office, and be tasked with providing excellent support and care to all existing donors and potential/new donors.
Quiz Worx relies heavily on donations, with approximately 90% of our expenses being met by donations.
The Donor Administrator role is vital to helping our donors feel engaged and encouraged to continue their support, which in turn helps us share Jesus with kids everywhere!
The role is also crucial in providing support to potential & new donors, helping overcome any obstacles to giving, and trouble-shooting to ensure a smooth on-boarding for new donors.
You will be the principal contact with (most) current and prospective donors.
Your role includes (but is not limited to): Providing donors with support and assistance to ensure an exceptional donor experience; Attending to phone, email and mail donor requests and inquiries promptly, with confidence and maturity; Following up with potential donors via phone; Maintaining and updating a database of donors and key contacts with a high-level of accuracy and confidentiality; Problem-solving donor-related issues; Praying for donors and contacts, both with them over the phone and during times of group prayer with the Quiz Worx team; Assisting with the execution of fundraising appeals; Overseeing the distribution of EOFY Giving Summaries; You will report to our General Manager.
This is a support-raising role and you will be tasked with seeking to raise 25% of your remuneration each year.
Quiz Worx will provide training and support to help you in this.
Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will have: A deep passion to know Christ and make Him known, especially to kids.
A Mature Christian faith and active involvement in a Christian Church.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills via phone & email.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
A can-do and positive attitude.
Diplomacy and negotiation skills.
The ability to work well within a team.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps (Gmail, Sheets, Drive, etc).
Successful candidates require a Working With Children Clearance and must be legally authorised to work in Australia.
SALARY: The annual salary for this role is $28,000 (equivalent to a full-time salary of $70,000).
Quiz Worx in compliance with Government regulations will pay 11.5% of your salary towards a superannuation fund of your choice.
