About us Anglicare's Home and Community service offers a range of support and assistance to enable our older population to live their best lives in their own homes.

About the role Our Townsville Home & Community care team is growing, we require staff who want the security of a permanent part-time position, minimum 20hrs per fortnight. This is a great opportunity to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 6.30 and 4pm. Our wonderful staff provide invaluable support with general household cleaning, laundry, cooking and social support to our older population, who want to remain in their own homes.

About You Comfortable in the use of housekeeping equipmentAble to follow domestic care plansClear communicator who can maintain professional boundariesAble to work independentlyA Certificate II or III in Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations) will be highly regarded but not requiredCurrent Drivers Licence and own reliable vehicleNational Police Clearance (or prepared to obtain)Tetanus and Hepatitis B immunisations (or prepared to obtain)Why Join Anglicare?
