Qualifications & Experience Previous experience in aged care, disability, or the cleaning sector is preferred but not necessary.An eye for detail, energetic, and a personable personality is required - you will interact with clients and build rapport with recurring customers providing assistance in their homes.You will require your own vehicle and license, be able to pass a Police Check and Working with Vulnerable Persons check (paid for by us), and have a minimum of 2 COVID vaccinations.These are long-term roles with the requirement to build rapport and relationships with our clients.

The roles do not suit short-term visitors or people holidaying/passing through.Tasks & Responsibilities Attending client homes to assist with daily living and household tasks - such as making beds, doing washing, cleaning bathrooms and toilets, wiping kitchens, vacuuming, and mopping.Other general cleaning and organizing around the home, plus ad hoc tasks such as unassisted shopping and running errands.Adhere to Workplace Health and Safety protocols when carrying out the services.Arrive at clients in a clean, tidy, and professional manner.You will be a part of a team of 35+ staff in a business that has been running in Townsville for over 18 years.Flexible working hours - you decide what days and times you want to work.
These need to be consistent each week with a minimum of 15-20 hours per week.Training provided.Cleaning supplies and equipment provided.Employment (not Contract) so you are paid Superannuation in addition to the hourly rate, reimbursed for all travel kilometers in between jobs, paid Qleave, and fully insured.Long-term positions available to build a stable and consistent career.Your application will include the following questions:
