The Opportunity: We recognise the unique skills of specialist Appliance Service Technicians and we are now looking for a high calibre technician to join our Sydney team.
If you are sustainably minded, we want you to use your knowledge to repair appliances and/or air-conditioners quickly to work closely with our long-standing customers.

Your Key Responsibilities: Repair and fully test the operation of the product ensuring full customer satisfactionDevelop and maintain superior product knowledge through all training media, service manuals and training sessionsComplete all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collectionMaintaining and managing van stock of spare parts inventoryExperience Required: Electrical License or Restricted Electrical Workers License (Disconnect & Reconnect Appliances) preferred, industry experience as a minimumStrong communication skills and strong PC skillsProvide premium customer serviceBe self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable natureIf you would like to help deliver us a premium customer experience and join a continuously growing and developing global company, please apply now and let's get you an interview!
