Molonglo Support Services are seeking a Domestic and Family Violence Specialist Worker for the Monaro-Hume Women's Domestic Violence Court Advocacy Service (MHWDVCAS) - 35 hours per week.
You will be employed under the SCHCADS's award Level 5.
Molonglo pays 30-minute lunch breaks and PBI Salary Packaging is available.
The Women's Domestic Violence Court Advocacy Service is a support service for women and their children who have experienced or are experiencing domestic and family violence.
MHWDVCAS is a frontline specialist family and domestic violence service funded by Legal Aid NSW and auspiced by Molonglo Support Services that works collaboratively with NSW Police and other Community Service Partners to provide advocacy, assistance and support to women and their children.
Responsibilities: Provide advocacy and support to women and children experiencing domestic and family violence.
Collaborate with NSW Police and community service partners.
Assist in the development of safety plans and referrals to appropriate services.
Minimum Requirements: A current driver's licence.
Ability to provide a NSW Working with Children Check and national police check before starting.
