About the roleWe're seeking a Domain Technical Lead to provide operational and technical leadership for our Applications Support Teams, focusing on critical Customer & Billing platforms.
You'll join an innovative team who are dedicated to maintaining and enhancing Transurban's mission-critical systems that enable seamless roadside transactions and billing processes.
As our Domain Technical Lead, you'll contribute to lasting and positive changes that shape the future of our cities and communities by overseeing key technologies such as Salesforce, MuleSoft, and custom AWS Lambda applications.
It's meaningful, challenging, and exciting work that requires expertise in high-availability systems and a commitment to 24/7 support for our critical infrastructure.
Day-to-day, you will:Manage and resolve critical incidents, acting as a Major Incident Manager to coordinate service restoration across internal and external support teams.Monitor and maintain batch workflows, including analysis of errors, managing schedules, and optimizing execution windows.Provide technical leadership and second-level support for Customer & Billing systems, including Salesforce, MuleSoft, and custom AWS Lambda applications.Proactively monitor systems, perform health checks, and analyze trends to inform service improvement plans.Lead and coordinate small to medium technical changes within the application portfolio, including change management procedures and risk assessments.Manage and prioritize service requests, ensuring they are actioned based on SLA guidelines and keeping customers informed of their status.Conduct stakeholder management, including running regular meetings and maintaining strong relationships with key senior stakeholders.Provide 24/7 on-call support on a rostered basis, coordinating after-hours change and incident management activities across support partners.This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferable skills and experiences, including:Proven capability in complex, highly integrated technical environments.Proficiency in Salesforce, MuleSoft, AWS Lambda, and web services.ITIL certification with a deep understanding of IT service management processes.Experience leading internal and external technical teams.Capability to chair and run stakeholder meetings.Skilled in analyzing and documenting operational processes.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).Preferred: Computer Science or related tertiary degree.If you meet some of these requirements, but not all, we encourage you to submit your application.
