About the Role
As a Lead Business Analyst for Domain Insight - our suite of property data solutions, you will initially sit across two of our flagship data platforms and help to bridge the gap between business objectives and technology solutions. With your strong technical and data-focused background you will seek to understand and enhance data-driven products, processes and systems to deliver improved performance and valuable outcomes for the property ecosystem and the business.
Put simply, Domain Insight is going places! This is a unique opportunity for an open-minded and data-focused Business Analyst to join a small and very agile team. With a great deal of autonomy to get things done quickly, you will deep dive into complex data systems, drive the finishing touches to certain product suites, and have control of your own career growth within a function that is growing rapidly.
In a typical day you can expect to:
Partner closely with the Principal Product Manager to lead the gathering, analyses and documentation of complex data/technical solutions and business processes. Analyse current user journeys, identify and prioritise new requirements and participate in ideation processes. Model business processes and look for opportunities for continuous improvement and optimisation in line with business value. Project manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Engineers and Designers) in the design of innovative solutions that address business challenges. Facilitate discovery workshops, iteration ceremonies, capability and maturity assessments. Manage and prioritise the product delivery backlog - facilitating sprint planning and refinement sessions, and ensuring that the Development Team understand the user stories they are working on. Consider customer needs, market trends and project constraints to evaluate and prioritise change requests. Our Ideal Person:
ESSENTIAL:
Business Analyst experience at a senior level, with a focus on data / technical systems. Comfortable with complex matrix environments. Can commit to a minimum of 2 years in the role before considering next move. Strong understanding of data products, business processes, requirements elicitation and solution design methodologies. Experience working in an agile environment. Exceptional communication skills and consultative approach. Full working rights for a permanent full-time role. BONUS POINTS:
Experience within the property industry. Certifications in business analysis (e.g. CBAP, CCBA) and/or project management. Why Join Us:
