Receptionists (Administration & Office Support)
As DOMA continues to grow, we are searching for a professional and highly organised Administration Officer/Receptionist to support the day-to-day running of our new and beautifully appointed DOMA head office located on National Circuit, Barton.

About the role Under the general direction of the Human Resources Director, the Administration Officer/Receptionist will successfully run day-to-day administration tasks required for the DOMA Head Office.
The role will support the successful running of the DOMA office and requires professionalism and the demonstrated ability to improve and streamline organisation administration functions with a focus on minimising delays and increasing output.

Key duties and responsibilities include:
Managing day-to-day operations of the office whilst providing support to the office Organising meetings and managing inboxes Booking transport and accommodation for management Ordering stationery and IT equipment Processing invoices and managing office budgets Implementing and maintaining company procedures for office administrative functions Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety within the office Ensuring all internal and external correspondence, complaints and queries are responded to in a timely professional manner Liaising with contractors and heads of department to ensure tasked jobs are completed Data Entry and spreadsheet tracking About you As part of the team, you will be highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
The role involves strong communication with excellent written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
The Administration Officer/Receptionist will be highly effective at anticipating business needs and managing daily tasks to ensure the executive team have the capacity to focus on achieving deliverables and making critical decisions.
Ideally, you will have at least 3 years of administration experience in a corporate setting.
