Doltone House is currently transitioning from MicroPay to Dayforce. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to join our Finance Team.

The Role:
Based in Pyrmont, this role will see you supporting a fast-paced and dynamic team. We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual who is looking to play a vital part in the transition process.
Your responsibilities:
Check and follow up approvals of time and attendance Processing of weekly, fortnightly and monthly pay Respond to employee enquiries Payroll reconciliation and journals Prepare and distribute required reports This role requires exceptional interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, with excellent organisational skills, patience, confidentiality, a high level of attention to detail, as well as:
Previous experience in Australian and New Zealand market Previous experience using Micropay and Tanda is desirable Proficiency in Dayforce is highly desirable as we are currently implementing this software Advanced Excel skills Previous experience with payroll processing Sound organisational skills Very high attention to detail An excellent communicator both verbal and written What you will get in return:
