We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to join our Finance Team.For 55 years, Doltone House has been a leading brand in events and hospitality.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual who is looking to play a vital part in the transition process.Your responsibilities :Check and follow up approvals of time and attendanceProcessing of weekly, fortnightly and monthly payRespond to employee enquiriesPayroll reconciliation and journalsPrepare and distribute required reportsThis role requires exceptional interpersonal and multi-tasking skills, with excellent organisational skills, patience, confidentiality, a high level of attention to detail, as well as :Previous experience in Australian and New Zealand marketPrevious experience using Micropay and Tanda is desirableProficiency in Dayforce is highly desirable as we are currently implementing this softwareAdvanced Excel skillsPrevious experience with payroll processingSound organisational skillsVery high attention to detailAn excellent communicator both verbal and writtenWhat you will get in return :Great career path and development opportunitiesA great workplace culture and environmentAssociate yourself with an aspirational and renowned industry leading brandBe a part of the Doltone Family; a 'personal' employerDiversity is not only celebrated but championed here at Doltone House.
