Position in context Dolly's Dream was set up in memory of Dolly Everett, aged 14, who took her own life after an extended period of bullying and cyber bullying. Dolly left behind her parents Tick and Kate and her sister Meg, who are now focused on using the funds that have been kindly donated by the community to help prevent other families from going through the same devastating experience. Reporting to the Dolly's Dream Brand and Marketing Manager, the Dolly's Dream Digital Marketing Coordinator is a member of the Dolly's Dream team. This role is formally based in South Melbourne. We support our staff to work flexibly, both in location and hours, based on the premise that work will remain the focus of any arrangement. How and where you work is discussed with each staff member based on individual circumstances, role requirements and accountability for delivery of high-quality work. The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the development and execution of our digital engagement strategy with a focus on the management, optimisation, and implementation of digital campaigns across email, web, social media, and other digital channels to grow our audiences, grow revenue, and build loyalty. The role also works closely with the Dolly's Dream Fundraising team on the development, execution and continuous improvement of our digital fundraising program to increase participation and revenue through our Regular Giving and Individual Giving program and Do It For Dolly Day. Major job responsibilities Develop, implement and continuously improve the Dolly's Dream digital engagement strategy across web, search, social media, email and app (Beacon) marketing to grow our audiences, achieve revenue goals and improve engagement with our existing audiences.Develop, implement and continuously improve digital campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion across multiple digital channels, including all paid digital activity for acquisition and retargeting campaigns across social media and SEM.Work with the Dolly's Dream Fundraising team to plan, build and execute supporter journeys and touchpoints across email, marketing automation, campaign landing pages, and other digital channels maximising lead generation, conversion, and ongoing engagement to build both income and participation.Maintain Dolly's Dream digital and web assets ensuring all content is accurate, timely and engaging including blogs, videos, email marketing, social media, and listings and directories, while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and best practice.Advise on strategy and content for Dolly's Dream social media channels, working closely with the Social Media and Marketing Coordinator.Develop reports to measure performance against our KPIs for digital marketing activities and campaigns, generate actionable insights and learnings and communicate to relevant stakeholders.Support creative ideation and brainstorming sessions to develop innovative communication strategies, ensuring the creation of compelling, audience-centric content across multiple channels.Competitor analysis – reviewing what our competitors are doing within Australia and an eye on best-in-class charity campaigns and activations globally, regularly share examples of best-in-class digital thinking and campaigns with innovation and big ideas.Oversee the development and delivery of Dolly's Dream graphic design requirements, including some design and production of print and digital content.Maintain and consistently review/Oversee the delivery of the Parent Hub, compiling articles regularly and cross-referencing content with Beacon App.Develop and produce the Dolly's Dream podcast series including sourcing talent, developing episode briefs, editing/packaging audio.Work closely and collaborate with the AMF D&C team to encourage and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. As part of that, regular check-ins will provide learning insights, information sharing, ensuring consistency with overall Foundation objectives, along with the opportunity to exchange expertise.Work with people leader to develop and successfully execute a personal work plan that is aligned with the strategic objectives of the Foundations to meet key deliverables.Contributing positively to the Foundation's culture of We are stronger together through developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with colleagues.Other tasks as directed by the Head of Dolly's Dream, CEO and Executive Team.Knowledge, experience & requirements Minimum 3 years' experience in a digital marketing role in a complex consumer environment or not-for-profit organisation.Demonstrated success in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics that drive income, audience growth, and lead generation.Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.Demonstrated experience in the use of tools and systems for paid campaigns, eDM building platforms (e.g MailChimp, MS Dynamics) and website CMS (e.g Craft and Wordpress), and knowledge of email marketing best practice, basic html and A/B testing.Experience working in or with the rural, regional and remote sector.Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with the proven ability to write compelling and engaging content for campaigns and communication projects.Ability to establish professional strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.The ability to work autonomously with limited direction in an environment with time pressures and multiple priorities.Demonstrated experience in all social media management and developing innovative campaigns and measuring their effectiveness.A current driver's licence with a willingness and ability to use own vehicle (appropriate reimbursement of expenses provided).A commitment to work outside standard office hours for key events if required.A Working with Children Check and police check.Demonstrated ability to work across teams to achieve organisational outcomes.
