Position: Store Manager Katherine NT
Location: South Gate Shopping Centre, 5-10/Lot 19 Katherine Terrace, Katherine NT 0850
Salary Range: $65,000

We are currently in search of a full-time Store Manager to provide leadership and support to their staff. This dynamic and fast-paced role plays a crucial part in ensuring the continued success of our organization.

Skills and Experience:
Your primary responsibilities will encompass:
• Leadership: Effectively lead, motivate, and manage the team to surpass sales targets.
• Visual Merchandising: Skillfully merchandise the store to optimize the environment and drive sales.
• Human Resources: Recruit, train, and develop staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Roster Management: Efficiently handle scheduling to ensure smooth store operations.
• Stock Management: Implement effective stock management strategies for inventory control.
• Store Maintenance: Oversee general store maintenance, including housekeeping, paperwork, and stock receipting.
To excel in this role, you should have:
• Retail Management Experience: Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management for Store Manager and at least 1 year experience in retail management for Store Supervisor
• Sales Passion: Demonstrate a genuine passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Merchandising Skills: Exhibit excellent stock management and strong merchandising skills.
• Stock take Experience: Bring experience in stocktaking to the role. – but not necessary
• Technical Proficiency: Have intermediate computer skills and prior experience with retail point-of-sale systems.
• Long-term Commitment: Be actively seeking a long-term opportunity where you can make a lasting impact.
• Team Leadership: Enjoy leading a team, inspiring them to deliver their best performance.
• Availability: Be willing to work weekends and travel as required.
