Our Construction division designs and constructs manufacturing facilities, refurbishes existing facilities and designs and constructs automation plant for manufacturing plants and warehouses. We are currently seeking a Dogger/Rigger with experience working in a construction environment, to join our team in Mount Gambier, SA. The successful candidate will hold a Construction White Card (General Construction Induction Card), and a Dogging and Rigging HRW licence with a minimum of 2 years practical experience.  It will give you a very strong advantage if you hold a current Slewing Mobile Crane (CO) HRW licence and/or, a Fitter (or similar) trade qualification. Key responsibilities: ·         Selection, inspection, and preparation of appropriate rigging equipment ·         Inspection and preparation of loads ·         Manoeuvre loads using heavy equipment and manually ·         Rigging equipment maintenance ·         Interpret plans and set out ·         Steel erection ·         Small site fabrication tasks ·         Crane operation (if appropriately licenced) ·         Communicating with the Rigging and Construction team ·         Excellent attention to detail, quality and safety This is a full-time permanent position within our team. To be successful in this role you must be self-motivated and be willing to put in the work needed to complete jobs in a timely manner. Attention to detail and highest quality workmanship are paramount. As part of the selection process, applicants must be prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical examination which includes functional, audiometric and drug and alcohol testing.
