About the role: Supports the development, implementation, and operation of a robust document and records management function. Assists in the implementation of compliance and monitoring programs to assess record keeping practices. Develops documents and records management policies and procedures. Identifies opportunities for improvement. Assesses and responds to requests associated with relevant legislation and regulations. About You: Relevant experience in document and records management. Current Victorian Driver's license. Knowledge of applicable legislation related to records management. Experience uplifting organisational capability and development of strategies. Knowledge of retention and disposal authorities (RDAs). Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Organisational and planning skills.
