About the role: An exciting opportunity to join Box Hill Institute as our Documents & Records Analyst!
The Documents & Records Analyst supports the development, implementation and ongoing operation of a robust document and records management function. This includes supporting BHI employees to ensure information is appropriately and easily accessible, stored, distributed, and managed according to organisational and legislative requirements.
Within this role you will be assisting in the implementation of compliance and monitoring programs to assess record keeping practices, develop documents and records management policies and procedures and identify opportunities for improvement. You will also have the opportunity to assess and respond to requests associated with the relevant legislation and regulations.This position is ongoing and salary is PACCT 6 $82,089.07 per annum (exclusive of superannuation). About You: · Relevant, demonstrated experience in document and records management
· Current Victorian Drivers licence
· Knowledge on the applicable legislation related to records management
· Experience uplifting organisational capability and development of strategies
· Knowledge of relevant retention and disposal authorities (RDAs) with the ability to apply the schedules to systematically dispose of records
· High level, demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders
· Strong problem-solving skills including ability to solve operational issues
· Sound communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
· Organisational and planning skills, ensuring projects and BAU work are both delivered in a timely manner
