Due to this growth over the last few years, we are looking for a Document Controller to join the team in Perth. Job Description Control of documents including design drawings, specifications, calculations, lists, data sheets, vendor data Initiation of design reviews Set up and management of Contractors in PIMS (Omega 365). Provide PIMS DMS training and guidance. Support for project Personnel and Contractors with PIMS system. Support and oversight, and quality reviews of external contractor undertaking day to day document control activities. Developing reports to track progress of scope close-outs and handover into myplant. Identify and Handover documentation to operation. Develop and provide core information and input for gateway reviews as required. Ensure the timely turn around of documentation issued internally or received externally All project documentation have been filed and closed out. Qualifications Must be currently in Australia with full working rights Good analytical skills and organisational skills 5 – 15years Document Control experience Knowledge of the Natural Resources or Infrastructure industry.
