About the role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Document Controller / Information Management Officer to oversee and maintain our Document Management processes and systems. In this role, you'll work closely with teams across the business to ensure our documents, drawings, and records are well-managed, up-to-date, and accessible. Your focus will be on simplifying processes, improving security, and making data handling more user-friendly, ensuring Epic Energy's information management is reliable and compliant.

What We're Looking For: Tertiary Qualifications or Experience: In a related discipline or demonstrated significant equivalent skills and knowledge.SharePoint / Microsoft 365 Proficiency: Demonstrated experience using SharePoint Online and working with information management software packages, including Microsoft 365 suite of programs.Strong Understanding of Information Governance Frameworks: Understanding of data lifecycle, data security, privacy regulations and document control principles.Development and Review of Policies and Procedures: Demonstrated experience.Strong Interpersonal Skills: Experience with supporting a range of internal stakeholders.What we have to offer: While energy infrastructure is our business, it's our focus on people and relationships that sets us apart.
