Working on a health project in a large collaborative team you will be managing the document management system (Aconex).The key responsibilities of this position include:Proactively drive company safety policies, practices and procedures in compliance with OH&S legislative requirements to provide a safe workplace at all times.Ensure compliance with the Company Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental Policies and procedures.Providing general project administration support to the team as required.Managing all incoming and outgoing documents, logging, distribution, filing and archiving of documents and drawings received. Maintaining registers including materials registers, drawing registers and files.Controlling all project documentation using industry-standard systems.
