JOB DESCRIPTION Wood is currently recruiting for a Senior Document Controller to join our team in Perth on an ongoing basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing full Document Control support to projects and assisting in the development of document control systems and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with establishing the processes for managing all engineering and supplier documents.
Assist with the implementation and management of the document control requirements for the Contract.
Able to manage varying tasks with often changing and competing priorities across multiple contracts.
Inputting data into a document management system.
Receipt and control of information from the client.
Liaising with the client and other departments, giving recommendations as required.
Promoting and providing general assistance of all aspects of document control activities.
System and document control training for the contract team.
Managing daily workload to meet turnaround KPIs.
Processing supplier documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS 3-5 years of Document Control experience is required for this position.
Experience with Documentum would be advantageous.
Engineering and/or operations background with an understanding of Brownfields projects.
Demonstrates an excellent understanding of concurrent engineering processes and how they relate to engineering deliverables.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Intermediate-advanced typing skills and knowledge of main MS Applications.
Excellent communication skills.
Demonstrates strong boundaries and has a strong work ethic.
Excellent attention to detail.
Effective communication and relationship building skills.
Intermediate and advanced Excel skills.
Follows instructions and takes responsibility for own actions.
Excellent time management.
