Your future role We have an opportunity available for a Document Controller to join our team our team responsible for the delivery and maintenance of the Sydney Metro City to Southwest .
Initially you will be based at our corporate head office in North Ryde, however the office will be moving to North Sydney around March 2025.
You may also be required to visit our project locations at Rouse Hill and Bankstown.
This will initially be a 12 month fixed-term contract, but with the potential for extension.
We'll look to you for: Implementing project documentation as per the Records Management Plans.
Performing data entry in the reporting register.
Ensuring the wider team understand the document control business processes.
Assisting with filing and archiving.
Supporting with document control request and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
