What Are We Looking For?Our Building Information Modelling (BIM) team is looking to recruit a Document Controller on a permanent basis working out of our Inverness office.
The primary function of the role is to provide support to the wider business and ensure QA/QC of design and manufacturing teams meet compliance for CAD/BIM information output.
Ensure technical documents and design drawings are issued following procedures and provide document guidance to all team members.
Some of Your Key Duties Include: Controlling BIM and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) project documentation.Advising the numbering, naming convention, filing and formatting of documents and drawings issued by the design teams.Following and improving document control procedures.Ensuring site and office documentation conform to the company and client requirements and standards.Using PowerBI Dashboards, review non-compliance on ACC projects.Produce document progress reports for senior managers.Produce BIM Execution Plans.Tracking and dealing with staff queries and problems.Any other duties as required by the business.What Do You Need? Qualified to HNC level would be advantageous.Previous office/administrative experience.Good use of Microsoft Products, Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to communicate effectively (face to face and telephone).Work to deadlines to produce work to a high standard.Understanding the BIM process would be advantageous.Full UK Driving Licence.Who Are We?RSE is a trusted clean water technology company, developing market leading products and solutions for purifying drinking water, recycling wastewater and cleaning water in industrial processes.
