Due to business growth and project expansion, we now have exciting new opportunity available for a full-time permanent Document Controller to join our Infrastructure Development team in Perth CBD, WA Reporting to the Team Lead – Information Services, you will play a key role in ensuring the adherence of controlled processes and practices for the creation, review, modification, issuance, distribution and accessibility of information.
Key Responsibilities Ensure the adherence of statutory regulations, applicable standards, customer requirements and approved APA processes and procedures Develop effective, professional and proactive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers Ensure all documentation is stored and maintained in accordance with required and appropriate standards, procedures, security and governance Support with the reporting on all required areas of information services, governance and administration Frequent liaison and engagement with stakeholders across the business who require the management of information About You Previous experience in Document Control within resources/energy, road/rail, construction or similarly relevant industry Technology savvy and experienced with EDMS/ECM (Document Management systems) Good initiative, strong organisational and problem solving skills.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to quality Strong communication and proven stakeholder engagement skills Able to work as a member of an adaptable, high performing multi-skilled team Experience with SharePoint and OpenText desirable.
