As a result of our continued growth and over $1 billion of work-in-hand, Georgiou has opportunities for an experienced Document Controller to join our building team on the Ground Transport Consolidation Project, a marquee project at Perth Airport.
The successful candidate will work closely with project teams and provide daily document control support to both the Project Manager and the project team within our growing and busy business.
What you're good at: Measuring and reporting on project specific KPI's Document control Receiving and distributing documents Maintenance of filing and archiving system Preparation of agendas and minutes for PM and Supervisor meetings Required Skills and Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry Strong organizational and IT skills Track record of excelling within your previous roles Experience in Asite, Team Binder or similar (desirable) Financial Control experience highly regarded (but not mandatory) Excellent communication skills across both verbal and written mediums Strong attention to detail Why Georgiou?
