Document Controller

As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing and controlling the flow of documents within the organisation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient retrieval.
Key responsibilities include:
Receive, record, and distribute all incoming and outgoing documents in accordance with established procedures. Maintain an organized and secure document control system, ensuring timely and accurate documentation. Collaborate with various departments to collect, review, and update project-related documents. Monitor document changes and revisions, maintaining version control and traceability. Implement and enforce document management standards and best practices. Generate reports on document status, distribution, and other relevant metrics. Provide support during internal and external audits by ensuring the availability of required documents
