We have an exciting opportunity for a Document Controller to join our construction team.
This role will support the Frankston Hospital redevelopment, managing the document control process including all design documents, commissioning and finalisation documents .
Responsibilities: You will manage the responses and reporting on all design package comments responses.
As well as, the following: Undertake powerBI reporting of documentation and State comments Overall Aconex project administrator Manage document distribution to subcontractors Maintain document protocols and procedures Prepare and present reports on status on, Approved documents, state comments, Defects, RFIs, Completion documents, sample approvals Lead the establishment of document naming for project completion, commissioning and handover documentation Liaise with Project Stakeholders, subcontractors, consultants and Project team Upload documents , monitor and report on the following for all stakeholders :Completion documents, Warranties, Commissioning results, As built drawings, Finalisation procedures Specific Skills Required Computer literacy in the following Power BI usage microsoft windows suite Aconex BIM/Revit (not essential) Knowledge of document control system and processes About Lendlease With a national delivery capability, combined with a sector-focused approach, Lendlease Construction provides innovative and industry-leading project management, design and construction services driven by detailed sector knowledge and experience.
