They operate in markets including Mining & Minerals, Oil & Gas, Energy & Utilities, Power Stations, Construction & Engineering, Refineries, Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, Ports, Rail, Marine and Defense.
Your Responsibilities Perform quality checks on project reports Assist in the maintenance of the company's Document Control library in Sharepoint Maintain existing and new documentation and ensure it is compliant with the company style guide. Assist with client copy CVs (CCCVs). Make sure the Inspection Test Reports (ITRs), Inspection Test Plan, project report and additional documents are complete and meet the desired quality requirements. Ensure that all documents comply with the established standards by: Formatting any documents according to branding, settings and standards, e.g. logo, footer etc. Checking document ID of the document reflected in the Version history page and footer of the document is the same with the document ID shown in the library of the site Checking if major revision number reflected in the Version history page of the document and version number in the library site is the same; and publishing only the approved documents in the library site. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Tech Writing Team Leader. Your Background College Degree Fresh graduates are open to apply Experience with systems, policies, procedures, and processes. Highly developed English verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills. Ability to write clearly and concisely in English so that plans, procedures and professional reports are published to a high standard. Proficient in MS Applications, e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, SP SharePoint. Organized and flexible Ability to work unsupervised Must be able to work as an individual or as part of a team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
