About the role Reporting to the Group Manager of Risk and Compliance the role of Document Controller will be primarily responsible for but not limited to:
Overseeing the creation, review, distribution, and storage of documents related to risk management and compliance activities Implement and maintain version control procedures to ensure that the latest revisions of document are readily available and accessibleMonitor regulatory requirements and internal policies to ensure that all documents meet compliance standards and industry regulationsFacilitate document retrieval and provide necessary documentation during internal and external auditsContinuously assess document management processes and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy Provide training and support to staff members on document management proceduresMaintain document databases and repositoriesLiaise with external vendors, such as Web Manuals, to optimise document management tools and systemsTo be successful in this role Proven experience in document control or records management, preferably in a risk and compliance environmentStrong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards prescribed by CASA is advantageousExcellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detailProficiency in document management software and tools, with previous experience in Web Manuals highly advantageousEffective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at al levelsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, prioritising tasks effectively to meet deadlinesTo apply, please submit a cover letter and resume outlining your relevant qualifications and experience.
